From start to finish our experience was awesome! This was our second time using Paradise Catamarans. I didn't think y'all could top our last trip but you did. Gama, Oscar and Aldrin were fantastic. Because we were out for 6 hours they took their time getting to the snorkeling area, which allowed us time to enjoy the sea and sun. Once there we were given safety instructions and hit the water. Your crew was very knowledgeable and took us to see all kinds of fish and stingrays. Then it was off to the beach area to swim and relax. Like almost everyday in Cancun there is always a chance of rain. We did have some dark clouds, and the crew kept their eyes on the sky to make sure we stayed safe. I can tell anyone who reads this that safety is the number 1 priority, but it doesn't get in the way of having fun. I've already put a glowing review out there on TripAdvisor. Thank you and your crew and staff for another memorable trip. We will see you again on our next trip back to Playa del Carmen.
