There are many boat tours to choose from on the Riviera Maya, but there's only one Sea Rocket. With two 320-horsepower engines and a hull engineered for speed, the Sea Rocket cuts threw the water like a race car. At the same time, we haven't neglected safety and comfort. You'll enjoy every moment aboard our boat, regardless of how fast you're moving.
You'll also appreciate the personalized attention we provide our guests. With a capacity of 12, our tours give each of our guests ample space to stretch out and experience the Mayan Riviera at their own pace.
Your tour starts with a ride to a hidden inlet known as Chacalal. There, you'll explore a small Mayan temple built on the beach more than 1,000 years ago that houses original stucco paintings.
Next, the Sea Rocket will zip you to another secluded inlet for the snorkeling portion of your excursion. The In-Ha site offers underwater attractions for all skill levels. Sheltered from strong currents and shaped roughly like a horseshoe, In-Ha provides a natural sanctuary to tropical marine life.
The "Fish Identification Card" we issue to each snorkeler will help you better understand the diversity of the Riviera Maya ecosystem. Whether you are snorkeling in the shallows or exploring deeper areas that extend down to 25 feet, you won't want to leave the water.
Because safety always comes first at Sea Rocket Adventures, we employ some of the best English-speaking guides in the business. At minimum, each guide is certified in rescue diving and most are full-fledged divemasters.
Our top-quality equipment complements the professionalism of our guides. You'll appreciate our semi-dry snorkels. Unlike the cheaper models commonly provided to tourists, the purge valves in semi-dry snorkels minimize the amount of water entering the breathing tubes. Moreover, all of our equipment is thoroughly sanitized after each use.
Our second water activity will introduce you to the Yucatan's fascinating cenotes. Cenotes are freshwater sinkholes that connect to underground bodies of water. The cenote you'll visit is linked to a submerged cave system. The Mayans believed that the cenotes were gateways to the afterlife. You'll quickly appreciate their supernatural pull once you enter their pristine waters.
The return trip back to Puerto Aventuras is the Sea Rocket's chance to impress. We'll power up the engines to full throttle and race at top speed along the coast. By the time we reach home port, you'll understand why we call our boat the Sea Rocket.

Go straight through the main gate until you come to the marina, then bear left and continue on the main road, passing the Dolphin Discovery Center. Our staff will meet you at the white bridge.
14 days before your tour, we will send you an email to remind you of where and when to meet us. In the meantime, we invite you to view a map of our parasailing location in Puerto Aventuras.

Refunds and Balance Payments:
For our charter tours, you will receive a full refund if you cancel your reservation at least 7 days in advance. We also ask that you submit any changes to your guest list at least 3 days before your charter so we can finalize our preparations for transportation, food, and staffing. Needless to say, you will receive a full refund if weather conditions or other factors force us to cancel your reservation. Balance payments in Mexico must be paid in cash with U.S. dollars or Mexican pesos. If you wish to pay your balance in advance by credit card, a surcharge of 4 percent of the payment amount will be charged to your credit card.
